Weekly Dialogue Sessions

weekly dialogue sessions egs global

Every Thursday night (7-9PM), participants enjoy a session hosted by our program’s Director: Dr. Kasonde Musoma. These sessions intercalate biweekly between two different formats: Leadership Conversations and Global Opportunities Sessions.

1. Leadership Conversations (In Person, Biweekly)

In our Leadership Conversations, Dr. Musoma addresses a dialogue on a particular leadership competency or principle. Then, a hands-on activity is facilitated to consolidate the main insights of the session.

2. Global Opportunities Session (Zoom, Biweekly)

In our Global Opportunities Sessions, the week’s global issue is addressed by a top leader in the field who is then  interviewed by Dr. Musoma on its life and leadership journey. This is a space where participants can have a direct interaction with top leaders and explore a global issue together.

Self-Education

Habit Building

  1. Physical Activity

Document one hour of physical activity of your choice, five days a week.

  1. Journaling & Meditation

Document your morning meditation and night journaling, each twelve min a day, five days a week.

   3. Quality of Sleep

Document sleeping time, at least 6 hours per day.
